Brian Cox, with an address at Drumcairn Avenue, Tallaght, has received a fine of €600 for creating litter at the green area of the entrance of Drumcairn Gardens in Tallaght on 31^st January 2011. Cox’s litter was identified by a prescription label with his name and address on it.                                                   

David Worrell, a litter warden with South Dublin County Council, told Judge Victor Blake that he had issued Cox a fine but that it had not been paid.  Photographs of the rubbish were seen by the judge. Cox, who was not present in court, was fined €400 and €200 costs.
