Client was involved in a road traffic accident on the 13th September, 2015 when the car, in which she was a passenger, struck a wall in the Dublin mountains.  The Gardai from Tallaght investigated.

The driver of the car was uninsured.  We, therefore, contacted the Motor Insurers Bureau of Ireland (who deal with uninsured Drivers) who instructed Zurich Insurance to look after the Claim on their behalf.  We proceeded to correspond with Zurich Insurance and the Client’s G.P. and the Injuries Board.

Client’s G.P. gave us a Medical Report which confirmed that the Client had sustained soft tissue injury to her right shoulder and would make a full recovery in the short term.

In December 2016 the Insurance Company came to us with an offer of €10,000.00.  We put this offer to our Client who agreed the settlement.
