John Glynn & Co recently settled a claim against Dublin City Council in relation to a personal injury claim.

Brief history/description of the case:

The client, an employee of Dublin City Council, sustained serious personal injuries as a result of an accident at work in July 2009. She was descending a stairway when a wooden trim fixed to the steel frame of the stairs gave way. The building had recently been refurbished when the accident occurred.

Settlement:
John Glynn & Co recovered €44,000 for our injured client.
