ARSON ACCUSED IN COURT NO SHOW

A MAN accused of arson “left” court before his case was called. 
Kinsella aged 32 with an address at Parkwood Grove, Aylesbury, Tallaght Haven House Hostel is accused of arson by damaging 2 apartments at The Bungalow, Blessington Road, Tallaght on June 12.
He is also accused of arson by damaging a truck and a Ford Fiesta at The Bungalow on the above date. 
The case was before Tallaght District Court for service of The Book of Evidence but there was no sign of Kinsella.  A solicitor for the DPP said that the Book was ready to be served but when Judge James McDonnell asked Kinsella’s Solicitor  Padraig O’Donovan where his client was he replied “he’s not here. He was here. He left”  The Judge issued a bench warrant for Kinsellas arrest.
