A MAN accused of the knife robbery of a service station has been sent forward for trial to the Circuit Court (raid charges).  Jonathon Byrne was before Judge John O’Neill in Tallaght Court for service of his book of evidence.  A Solicitor for the DPP Catherine Irvine, told Judge O’Neill that the book of evidence was ready to be served.  She said the DPP had consented for Byrne to be sent forward for trial to the next sitting of Dublin Circuit Court.  Byrne aged 28 with an address at Tymonville Drive Tallaght is charged with robbing €175 from the Topaz filling Station Greenhills Road Tallaght on March 29, 2011.  He is also charged with producing a knife at the topaz filling station on the above date.  Judge O’Neill sent Byrne forward on bail of €200 to the next sitting of the Circuit Court.
