A MAN who was done for driving a stolen car at five in the morning has been jailed for three months. Tallaght District Court heard that Jordan Bailey had been observed driving a stolen Mitsubishi Colt at 4.45am on January 21st last. Bailey aged 24 with an address at Cushlawn Walk Tallaght pleaded guilty to driving a stolen car at Cushlawn Walk on the above date. Sergeant Carmel Henry told Judge David McHugh that the car had been stolen from outside the owners home. The Court heard that Bailey had three previous convictions. Baileys Solicitor Michael Hennessey told the Court “My client is a realist and he realises he is facing a custodial sentence today” Judge McHugh sentences Bailey to three months imprisonment.
