A man accused of possessing US$2,000 worth of stolen travellers cheques has been remanded for the DPP’s directions. Sean Finnegan aged 42 from Tallaght is alleged to have in his possession the stolen American Express cheques at AIB in Tallaght on February 3 2010.
A solicitor for the DPP told the Court that DPP’s directions were not available.
She asked for a further remand for directions. Finnegans solicitor said there was consent to the application. Judge McHugh remanded Finnegan on continuing bail for three weeks for the DPP’s directions.
