TWO teenagers accused over a gang attack on a teenager and his sister in Knocklyon have been sent forward for trial to the Circuit Court.
Daniel Tilbury and Nikita Lynch were before Judge James McDonnell in Tallaght District Court for service of the Book of Evidence.
Tilbury aged 19, of Delaford Lawns, Knocklyon is charged with assaulting the teenager causing him harm at a location in Rathfarnham on the above date.
Lynch aged 18 of Donore Avenue, Dublin 8 is charged with assaulting the teenager and his sister causing them harm at the same time. A solicitor for the DPP told the Court that the book of evidence had been served. She added that the DPP had consented for both defendants to be sent forward for trial to the next sitting of the District Court.
Judge McDonnell sent Tilbury and Lynch forward for trial to the next sitting of the Circuit Court.
