A girl accused of a serious assault on another Traveller woman has had her case further remanded. The 17 year old Traveller Girl was before Tallaght District Court for service of the book of Evidence.
The Girl with an address in Tallaght, is charged with assaulting another traveller woman causing her harm at Russell Avenue, Russell Square, Tallaght, on April 8 2009. She was accompanied in Court with her mother. Judge David McHugh remanded the girl on continuing bail for a week.
