A teenager who has admitted to a number of dangerous driving counts has his case delayed due to the prosecuting garda being unavailable on the day of the hearing.
The 17-year-old, with an address in Tallagh, had previously pleaded guilty to dangerous driving at Jobstown Road, dangerous driving at Mount Seskin Road, dangerous driving at the N81, Blessington Road and dangerous driving at De Selby Road, all Tallaght, on February 5, 2009.
He had also pleaded guilty to driving a stolen car at Ballywilliam Row, Bagenalstown, County Carlow, on the above date.
He pleaded guilty to breaching the peace and failing to comply with a garda’s directions at the Old Blessington Road on January 5, 2009.
The case was before Judge David McHugh for hearing on the contested matters and for a probation report on the guilty plea.
Judge McHugh remanded the teenager on continuing bail for one week for hearing on the contested matters and for a further probation report on the guilty pleas.
