YOUTHS REMANDED

TWO youths who deny public order offences have had their case remanded for hearing by Tallaght District Court.  James Prentice aged 20 of Rossfield Drive Tallaght pleaded not guilty to engaging in threatening and abusive behaviour and producing a long metal pole at an address in West Tallaght on February 2, 2010.  The co-accused, a 17 year old member of the travelling community in Tallaght pleaded not guilty to engaging in threatening and abusive behaviour and producing producing a long wooden handle at his address in Tallaght also on February 2, 2010.
