A TEENAGER accused if driving a stolen car had his case remanded for disclosure.  The 17 year old with an address in Tallaght is charged with making off without paying €64 worth of petrol from Applegreen Service Station, Naas Road and with driving a stolen car both on April 9 last.  Tallaght District Court heard that the teenager had been out of school for a year.  The case was before Judge James McDonnell for mention.  The teenager’s solicitor told Judge McDonnell that he had not yet received disclosure.
Judge McDonnell remanded the teenager on bail for a week to allow the prosecution supply disclosure to the defence.
