A TEENAGER who was found in possession of a stolen mobile phone had his case remanded until the autumn as he may be included in the juvenile diversion scheme. The 17 year old with an address in Tallaght is charged with possessing stolen property – a LG Viewty mobile phone at a location in Knocklyon in October 2009.
Sergeant Bernard Jones asked the Judge to put the case back to check if the teenager could be considered for the juvenile diversion scheme (JLO)
Judge Coughlan remanded the teenager on continuing bail to a date in October to see if he was suitable for the scheme.
